Application
The HSI crusher is the economic and quality output crusher for secondary stage. Easy and safe maintenance, as well as simplified process and machine operation, increase the profitability.
Rotor
The rotor is the heart of the HSI crusher.
Computerized balanced rotor reduces the extra vibration in the machine and increases the bearing’s life. Durable material of blow bars and reversible usage reduce the wear part cost.
Blow Bar Locking System
The blow bars are locked in the rotor by wedges that self-tighten by the centrifugal force of the rotor. This makes the blow bar locking system fail-proof and allows easy removal for blow bar changing.
Grinding Path System
Stoneberg’s HSI crusher is fitted with a grinding path system.
The grinding path system allows control of size and also generates the cubicle shape of the product.
Easy Maintenance
The motorised hydraulic system makes it easy and simple to open the hood of the HSI crusher, which gives access to change body liners, curtain liners, blow bars, etc., or to perform regular cleaning and maintenance.
There are also easy access windows for a quick view of the machine interior.
The blow bar locking system is provided for easy blow bar changing.
